Charming, Charming, Charming
I had an amazing 3-night stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The indoor swimming pool was a blast, and the surprise jacuzzi took relaxation to the next level. Breakfast was a winner with tons of options-shoutout to the waffle maker for making my mornings sweeter!

I spent two nights at the King Room with Hot Tub. The room was spacious and the hot tub added a nice touch for relaxation. The staff during check-in was friendly and helpful, making the process smooth. However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The refrigerator had old food inside and the coffee pot was covered in cobwebs. I had to wash it out before using it. The hallway had an unpleasant odor and there were maintenance issues like a broken door latch. I also noticed that the breakfast options were quite limited. Plus, the night staff seemed inattentive and even offered guests weed! It felt unsafe at times with noise from drunk guests yelling in the halls. I really wanted to enjoy my stay but these issues made it difficult.

The room had a weird smell, like smoke and mold, which was a major turn-off. On the bright side, the shower had a nice tub with jets, but the water pressure was really weak. The beds could’ve been more comfortable, and I could tell housekeeping wasn't quite on top of things. Overall, a lot of issues that need fixing.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada in Harrisburg. The large, clean room provided a comfortable base for my adventures, and the hot tub was a refreshing treat after a long day. The nearby highway made access to local sites easy, though the elevator issue was a minor inconvenience.

The jacuzzi suite offered ample space and a refreshing stay after a concert, particularly with its cleanliness and modern upgrades. Friendly text communication from management streamlined the check-in process and provided useful information at my fingertips. the breakfast on the second day was disappointing. many items ran out by mid-morning, thwarting our plans for a convenient meal. the exterior could benefit from a touch-up, which might enhance the first impressions.
